Thank you for visiting Li'l Rascals Party Favors.   We appreciate your continued support and patronage over the years.   As you will see, we have expanded our designs, products and services significantly.  To better serve you, we have now entrusted Zazzle to print, produce and distribute all of our designs, not only locally but worldwide.   Over the years, we have had huge demands and requests to service areas outside of South Florida, expanding then nationwide throughout the U.S. and now internationally.

When ordering custom graphic designs, custom-designed and assembled party favors, and custom  gifts:

Q:    What forms of payment does Li’l Rascals Party Favors accept? 
A:    We accept payments via PayPal; you may mail in a personal or business check or money order or you may.

Q:   I love your designs, though I would like to make some changes such as the background colors, can you help me?
A:   Yes, of course.   All our designs are custom and we can make the changes necessary to fit your needs.

Q:    I want a custom design for my next event and the artwork on a specific product, what is the time frame needed for this type of request?
A:     The timeframe depends on the complexity of the design, artwork and drafts rendered during the process.  Sometimes, the custom artwork may take up to two weeks.  Please remember to place your cust0m orders with plenty of time prior to your event or the date items are needed.   (This estimate does not include the assembly of party favors and/or shipping the order/products)

Q:   To start processing my custom order, what is needed?
A:   Due to the nature of our custom-designed services, a minimum of 50% deposit is required and a signed authorization (authorized proof of design or verse chosen) at the time of placing order.  The balance is due before shipment or at the time of delivery (door-to-door delivery if you live in South Florida)

Q:  I live in another state, do you provide services and shipment to my area?
A:  YES, we ship nationwide.  We will be happy to assist you.  (Excludes baked goods)

Q:  What method of shipment or options do you have available?
A:  Standard Shipping is via USPS (Priority Mail or Express Mail.) You may also upgrade your service to UPS or FedEx.

Q:  What if I want my custom-designed order RUSHED?  Can you assist me?
A:  Yes, we can.  Though all RUSH orders carry an additional service fee.  (This information/option will be provided for you during the ordering process and invoice)

PARTY FAVORS
Q:    I need custom-designed and assembled party favors, how early should I call you or email you?
A:    Please call us or email us at least 8+ weeks before your desired delivery date.  Remember, each event is different; we design each party favor and personalize them as well.   Our favors are assembled when you place the order.    

Q: What is the cost of a custom-designed party favor?
A: Our custom-designed party favors start at about $7.00 each and up.  Prices vary depending on the contents, toys and candies, products, graphics and finishing touches and elements.   Note that we have some party favors/unique gift favors that are priced under $7.00.  Some of our predesigned favors (without personalization) are under $7.00 each as well.


EVENT PLANNING (THE WORKS)
Q: I need help with my entire event, can you design it and plan it for me?
A: (IMPORTANT NOTICE).  At this time, we are not taking new orders/requests.   We are currently booked throughout the 2010 year and have booked events throughout the first quarter of 2011.   Please check with us again in the near future.  (Please inquire and reserve with sufficient time prior to your event.)

Q: when should I call and reserve my event?  I need complete event planning.
A: The earlier the better, call or email us at least 6 months before your event to block your date.  A non-refundable deposit will be required at that time. (Applies to South Florida events only)

CAKES, CUPCAKES, COOKIES, TREATS
Q: I love the cakes and the artistic designs on your site, can you assist me in a custom-designed a cake that matches the design on my invitation and party favors, etc...?

A: Yes, we will be glad to help you in this area, though you must live in South Florida.  Please email us or call us for more information on cakes, cupcakes, stands, gourmet cakes, cookies with your designs/presentations desired.  Note that we work along with highly dedicated and talented pastry chefs.  We have worked out special rates and delivery services with all of our reputable vendors and services.  To obtain these special services, rates, discounts you need to contact Li'l Rascals Party Favors first. 



Li'l Rascals Party Favors may change the prices and the terms or service without notice.  All custom orders must be approved upon placing order.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Terms are explained on our invoice and required a signature and non-refundable deposit upon placing any custom order.  
All graphics and designs are property of Li'l Rascals Party Favors and designer Geraldine Guerra.   Duplication is not permited.

What's the usual turnaround time for all orders?
Most Zazzle products are manufactured within 24 hours of placing your order (with some exceptions.)  For more information, please refer to Zazzle's turnaround FAQ.

What are the domestic shipping rates?
Please refer to Zazzle's Shipping FAQ for information on shippping options and rates.  If you'd like to know your exact shipping cost, just proceed to the checkout with your item(s) and it will be shown to you before payment.

Are there any discounts for buying in bulk?
Yes, there are!  Please refer to Zazzle's Volume Discount FAQ for more information.

Do you ship internationally?
Zazzle distributes our products all ove rthe world!

What is the returns policy?
If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Zazzle for  a full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Some Zazzle products are subject to special return restrictions.  Click here for more information.

If you aren't completely satisfied with your order and decide you want an exchange or refund, the process is simple:
(1) contact Zazzle Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
(2)  Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
(3) Return the package to Zazzle Inc., Returns Department, 1185 Campbell Avenue, San Jose, CA 95126

You will  be notified when your goods are received at the Zazzle's facility, after which, it typically takes 10-15 days for your card or account to be credited.
